12 Reduced Fat or Fat Free Vanilla Wafers2 T Coffee (liquid).50 Cup Splenda No Cal1 (8 oz) Container FF Cream Cheese1 tsp Vanilla Extract.25 tsp Ground Cinnamon1 Cups Cool Whip FreeFruit (optional)
Take 12 Muffin Liners and line a Muffin pan. Place the 12 Vanilla Wafers in the bottom. Add all the ingrediants together (except fruit if using) and spoon evenly over vanilla wafers in muffin pan. Cover and freeze for 3 hours or overnight. Remove from freezer approximently 10 minutes before serving. Add fruit (if using) and serve.
