T's White Chicken Chilli

Ingredients
INGREDIENTS1 cup of chopped onion 2 cloves of garlic minced2 1/2 tsp ground cumin 1/2 tsp oregano2 TBSP of olive oil 4 chicken breasts2 cups chicken broth 1 cup water1 tsp lemon pepper 1 4 oz diced undrained chilies2 TBSP lemon juice 2 15 oz cans Great Northern Beans2 cans 9 oz White Shoepeg corn Monterey JackCorn Chipsgreen onions for garnish
Directions
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook and stir onion, garlic, cumin, oregano in olive oil in large saucepan until tender. Cut chicken in 1/2 inch pieces and add to remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with shredded Monterey Jack cheese, tortilla chips and green onions.
