Thai Chicken & Rice Soup

1 chicken breast, cooked and cut into chunks1 10 oz package frozen peas12 oz pkg frozen broccoli4 cups water2 cubes chicken bouillion2 cups coconut milkchili powder, to tasteground coriander, to tastesalt, to taste3 cloves garlic, mincedminced ginger, to taste 2 onions
Saute onions, garlic, ginger with a little bit of water. Add water/bouillion cubes, add coconut milk, add rest of ingredients. Bring to boil, stir, simmer for 10-20 min. Serve over 0.5 cups rice per bowl.
