Make Ahead Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
1 slice wheat bread Cubed3 tablespoons skim milk1/4 cup egg substitute or 1 large egg1/4 cup ham1 dash worchestershire sauce2 tablespoons cheddar cheese1/4 teaspoon mustard powdersalt to tastepepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Use a fork to poke hole in the plastic wrap to vent. Cook 4 to 5 minutes on medium high heat. Cook slightly longer if refrigerated. Let stand covered for 1 minute to finsh cooking.
