Stuffed Pepper Stoup

1/2 tsp. AllspiceBlack pepper, to taste4 cloves garlic, finely chopped1 large onion, chopped3 green peppers, chopped1 quart low sodium chicken stock28 oz crushed tomatoes (no salt added)1 cup orzo pasta12 basil leaves1.5 pounds lean ground turkey breast1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Heat a medium soup pot over medium-high heat with the olive oil. When the oil is hot, add the turkey and season with pepper and allspice. Cook the meat for 5 minutes or until browned, then add the garlic, onions, peppers. Cook for 7 to 8 mins. until tender. Stir in the stock and tomatoes and bring to a boil. When the soup is bubbling, add the pasta and cook al dente, 7 to 8 minutes. Turn off the heat and fold in the basil. Serve in shallow bowls.
