Ingredients
1 chicken breast, bone and skin removed1 can Our Family® Cream of Chicken Soup1-1/3 cup water3/4 cup white rice, medium grain1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 375º F. Prepare chicken breast and cut into 1" square pieces. Combine chicken, cream of chicken soup, water, rice, and pepper in an 8x8 pan and bake in the oven at 375ºF for 45 minutes.

    Use non-fat milk instead of water to recipe as if gives it a less watery taste--a little creamier. Remember, this adds a few extra calories, but not many per serving!!! - 2/24/09
