Sweet & sour stir fry

Ingredients
500 grams Chicken Breast, cut into large chucksjuice of 1 Lemon1 teaspoon Salt1/4 teaspoon Pepper1/4 teaspoon grains of paradise - (You can find at a local whole foods or organic food store.)2 Tablespoon Olive Oil2 Tablespoons honey1 pkg of frozen variety vegetables or 1.5 cups of variety vegetables diced
Directions
In a large bowel combine the salt, pepper, grains of paradise, lemon & honey. Slowly whisk in the olive oil till smooth & a light amber color. Toss in the chicken & veggies till fully coated. In a large skillet on medium heat, cook till chicken is fully cooked. This might take 5 -10mins. Stir constantly . Add a table spoon of water if it starts sticking to the bottom of the pan. Serve over rice or noodles.
