Janet's Applesauce Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 # of venison or ground beef1 cup chopped onions1 cup dry quick oats2/3 cup of chopped green peppers3 chopped cloves of garlic8 oz. of Natural Fat Free Applesauce3/4 cup of chopped celery1/3 cup of tomatoe sauce1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon pepper1 teaspoon garlic powderMix well and pour into a large loaf pan to bake. After these ingredients bake for one hour, make a paste of:3/4 cup of catsup1 Tablespoon of Honey1/3 cup of brown sugar and pour on top of meat loaf. Continue to bake for another 15 minutes and serve hot.
Directions
Makes 8 slices which equal about a cup of meatloaf.

    It doesn't say but I'm going to put the oven on at 350 degrees. I hope it's tasty as applesauce is a really different ingredient in meatloaf. - 10/5/10
