Mixed Nuts for Fiber and Protein

Ingredients
slivered almonds 2 cupsdry roasted peanuts 1 1/5 cupswalnuts 2 cups choppedsunflower seed (husks removed) 2 cupsshredded coconut 1 cuppumpkin seeds 2 cupsground flax seed 1 cupchopped dates 1 cupdried apricots 1 cup
Directions
Serving size = 1/4 cup

add and mix all ingredients into 12 cup container with lid. Store in fridge between uses.

Add to yougurt, soft puddings, over oatmeal or with fruit to add fibre and protein.
