Lemon Pepper Chicken

Ingredients
4 - 3 oz. boneless skinless chicken breastLemon juice from 2 small lemons1/4 grated parmesan cheese2 tbsp butter (divided)Lemon Pepper seasoning
Directions
Pan fry chicken breast in hot skillet with 1 tbsp of butter. When cooked, transfer to oven safe dish. Melt butter in lemon juice in small skillet, when hot, add lemon pepper seasoning to taste and parmesan cheese. Pour mixture over chicken and bake for a few minutes until sauce thickens to chicken. Makes 4 - 3 oz. servings.
