Beach Chicken

Ingredients
1 Tbs. of Olive oil1 large onion sliced1 tsp old bay seasoning to taste1 lb of chicken breasts cut into 1 inch strips1/4 tsp pepperParsley to garnish
Directions
+ slice onion set aside
+ cut chicken into 1/2 inch strips
+ place chicken in a small bowl and add seasoning making sure to cover each piece
+Saute onions in olive oil remove and set aside
+ place chicken into pan browning each side.
+ after flipping the chicken add the onions back in on top of the chicken.

I usually serve this dish with sides of spinach and rice.
