Ingredients
saute oinon,celery and garlic in Olive oil until soft about 5 min.Mean while blend oatmeal and bran buds in a blender.In a bowl mix ground turkey and sausage (remove casings from sausage) 2 pkg (12) sausage ,oat meal and bran buds ,egg and the onion and celery and garlic.Put in two loaf panscover and cook @ 350 for 1.5 hours. In the last 1/2 hour put salsa on top of loafs and continue cooking
