Beef and Veggie Mushroom soup

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 2 1tsp Onions, raw, 1 large Garlic, 3 cloves choppedThyme, dried 1 tsp Beef chuck stew meat, 15 oz cut to 1/2 in cubesRed Wine, 2 fl ozLea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp Imagine Creamy Portobello Mushroom Soup, 1 container Eat Smart Veggie Medley, 1 bagYellow Sweet Corn, 1 can (12 oz)Salt to tastePepper to taste
Directions
Sweat the onions and garlic in the oil over medium high heat till onions are translucent. add the stew meat cubes and thyme and a little salt and pepper and increase the heat till the meat is browned. Add the wine, worcestershire sauce and mushroom soup and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and add corn. Cook on low for another 15 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper before serving.
