Steak and Pepper Balsamic Stir-fry

Ingredients
2 steaks cut into strips1/2 onion sliced1/2 green pepper sliced into strips2 tbsp butter2 tsp sugar1 1/2 tblsp honey2 tsp celery seeds2 jalepenos chopped2 tsp balsamic vinegar1 tsp garlic powder1 tbsp cornstarch1 tbsp waterdash saltdash pepper
Directions
Cut steaks into strips. Heat butter on medium heat in skillet. Add onions and sugar and cook, stirring occasionally until well wilted and starting to brown. Turn up heat to medium-high, stirring constantly until onions are caramelized. Add vinegar and mix onions well. Add peppers, stir. Add Meat and stir. Add salt and pepper to taste, garlic, baby corn, jalepeno, celery seeds and honey. Cook until meat is throughly cooked. Mix cornstarch and water and add to sauce. Stir until sauce is thickened well and remove from heat. Serve over rice.
