Pork Chops with Apples & Stuffing

Ingredients
6 boneless pork chops1 tablespoon olive oil1 package stuffing mix1 can(21 oz) apple pie fillingOptional- add another can of pie filling, add cinnamon
Directions
In a skillet, brown pork chops in oil over med-hi heat. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing according to package directions. Spread pie filling into a greased 12-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Place the pork chops on top; spoon stuffing over chops.

Cover & bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Uncover & bake 10 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
