Lisa's Awesome Lasagna

Ingredients
1 lb regular ground beef1/2 red onion (chopped)2 cloves garlic (chopped)1 tbsp cilantro (fresh, chopped)4 ripe tomatoes (pureed)1 can tomato soup 1 tbsp cilantro (fresh, chopped)2 tbsp basil (fresh, chopped)2 cloves garlic (chopped)6 lasagna noodles 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Brown ground beef with onion, 1/2 of garlic and 1/2 of cilantro. In a sauce pan combine the pureed tomatoes, tomato soup, remainder of cilantro, basil and garlic. Simmer on low until ground beef is browned. When ground beef is done, strain to remove excess fat, then add to sauce pan. Simmer for 10 minutes on low.

In a small casserole (9"x6") dish, layer 1/3 noodles, 1/2 sauce, 1/3 noodles, all feta cheese, 1/2 sauce, 1/3 noodles, all mozza cheese.

Bake at 350F for 45 minutes or until cheese is golden brown. Remove and let stand for 15 minutes. Serves 9.
