AYAM KICAP (CHICKEN IN SOY SAUCE)

Ingredients
1 whole chicken, cut parts1 shallot, large, sliced3 garlic, sliced2 tbsp Dark soy sauce1 tbsp Light soy saucea dash of pepper! tbsp Olive oil2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
Directions
Heat oil in a non-stick pot and add chicken. Cook for 5 mins and add potatoes and shallots. Cook further then add in the dark and light soy sauce, garlic and pepper. Add water and simmer for 10 minutes or until chicken and potatoes are cooked through.
