Dried Cherry Muffins

Ingredients
3 c. flour1 c. sugar3 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. salt3 large eggs1/3 c. sour cream2/3 c. canola oil1 c. milk1-1/3 c. dried cherries
Directions
Combine dry ingredients, set aside. Beat eggs, cream, oil and milk for 2 minutes, add dry ingredients and mix well. Add cherries. Put into 30 paper-lined muffin cups. Bake in pre-heated 375 oven 18 to 20 minutes.
Makes 30 muffins.
