Chicken & Crackers Snack

Ingredients
1 can of 12.5 oz. Chicken Breast chunks (in water)1 cucumber (I used 1 whole mini-cucumber) - slicked in small chunks1/2 cup of light mayo (I prefer Best Foods)16 Keebler Multi-Grain Club crackers (included in nutritional information)
Directions
Drain chicken, and with a fork, smash against colander to get out as much of the water as you can.

In a bowl, mix in 1/2 cup of mayo, drained chicken and slices of cucumber. Mix well and spoon mix on top of crackers*. For 4 servings, use only 4 crackers. If you're halving this recipe, you will need 8 crackers.
