1 lb. lean ground turkey1 can diced tomatoes1 can diced tomatoes with chilies1 can black beans1 can pinto beans1 large onion chopped1/2 c sweet corn1 15 oz can tomato sauce1 package Lipton Onion Soup mix2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley1/4 c chili powder2 tbsp cuminSalt and pepper to taste
Cook turkey and onion together, adding soup mix when turkey is almost done. If the pan gets dry, add a little water. Add Chili powder and cumin. Add turkey mixture and the rest of the ingredients to a crock pot. Let simmer for a few hours.
