strawberry banana filled wheat crepes

strawberries, fresh or frozen bananas, freshwheat flourliquid egg substitutesaltskim milkcool whip free toppingpowdered sugar
mix flour, egg and salt to make a paste.
slowly whisk in milk
pour by 1/2 cup into a fry pan heated to medium, and covered with cooking spray.
swirl pan to coat with batter, when batter crisps up around edges loosen with spatula and turn upside down onto a plate. Repeat til all crepes are made.
Cut up strawberries and bananas in bite size.
put about 2 Tbsp of each in one crepe, along with a couple spoons of cool whip. Wrap up and top with a tsp or two of powdered sugar.
You can add syrup for extra sweetness, not included in calories.!
