Pasta Fajol

Ingredients
2 qts of broth/water 1 can of tomatoes281 canneli beans 19 oz 1 red kidney bean 19 oz 1cup of chopped celery1 c chopped onion 2 tbsp of minced garlic2 cup diced carrots1/2 cup quinoa1cup diced ham
Directions
saute onions and garlic on med heat until clear
rinse beans in cold water
add all remaing ingredients
simmer until veg are soft @ 30 min
season to taste
makes 12 1cup servings
