Ingredients
chicken breasts, italian dressing, mushrooms, grape tomatoes, white wine, olive oil, artichokes
Directions
Marinate chicken in Italian dressing (enough to cover chicken) for 4 hours in refrigerator. Cook chicken with 1 tablespoon of reserve dressing in skillet with olive oil. Add white wine, mushrooms and artichokes and let simmer 10 minutes. Add tomatoes and simmer 2 minutes. Serve over pasta with pasta sauce.
