Bean Gravy

Ingredients
2 cans great northern beans, rinsed1 c. vegetable broth1 T. soy sauce or Bragg's liquid aminos
Directions
In a food processor, place two cans of thoroughly rinsed great northern beans and 1 c. of vegetable broth mixed with 1 T. soy sauce. Whiz until desired consistency. Heat in microwave or saucepan as desired. Works great over veggies!
