Penne with Kale and White Beans

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds Fresh Kale3 Tbsp olive oil6 garlic cloves minced1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes1/3 cup vegetable stock1 16 oz can cannellini beans-rinsed1/2 tsp salt1/2 pound penne pasta1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Bring 3 qts of water to a boil and add penne--cook 10 minutes
Prepare Kale--remove stems, wash, drain and cut into bite sized pieces
Heat oil, garlic and red pepper flakes in large skillet over medium high heat for 2 minutes
Stir in kale and vegetable stock and cover pan. Cook until wilted (about 7 minutes) Add beans and salt and keep warm over low heat.
Drain pasta and add to kale, stir in parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
