Fat-Free Pancakes

Ingredients
1.5 cups All-Purpose Flour1 cup Skim Milk2 Large Eggs1.5 tsp Baking PowderDash of salt1 individual cup Mott's unsweetened Apple sauce1 packet Splenda
Directions
Whisk dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and milk together. Add to dry ingredients. Mix, should be quite thick. Add apple sauce. Beat until smooth.

Pour batter into 3 inch diameter circle on hot griddle, they will expand to about 4 inch diameter cakes. Cook until bubbles pop on surface, then flip. (5-7 mins per side).

Serve and enjoy!

Makes roughly 6 cakes, two large servings.
