Asparagus & Prosciutto w/Asiago Cheese Frittata

Ingredients
2 Tblsp EVOO1 small onion, diced2 cloves garlic, minced1 bundle asparagus (approx 8 spears), chopped into 1 - 2 inch chunks4 slices of Prosciutto4 oz Asiago cheese or Italian cheese blend10 large eggs1/2 cup 1% milk2 Tblsp chopped fress Italian leaf parsley1/2 tsp oregano1/2 tsp basil (or use fresh)1 tsp salt (to taste)1/2 tsp pepper (to taste)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Warm EVOO in a skillet, cook onions, garlic and asparagus until sweating. Sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese ontop. Wisk eggs and milk together then add the seasonings (parsley, oregano, basil, salt, & pepper). Pour egg mixture on top of skillet mixture. Place skillet in oven and cook until almost firm. Top with remaining Asiago cheese and cook until firm in middle and cheese is melted. Time will be approx 15 - 20 minutes total. Let cool a couple minute and cut into 8 sections and enjoy!
