Fusilli with Spinach and Asiago Cheese

Ingredients
1 lb Fusilli or Rotini Pasta (whole grain)1/4 cup EVOO1 garlic clove, minced (or more)1 9-10oz bag spinach, roughly chopped8 oz cherry tomatoes, halved1 cup (3.5 - 4oz) grated Asiago cheese1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese1 tsp salt (or to taste)3/4 tsp pepper (or to taste)
Directions
cook garlic in EVOO, add spinach till wilted, add cooked warm pasta, cheeses & tomatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
