Spicy Green Beans with Garlic

1/4 cup butter or veg. oil4 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced1 each jalapeno and serrano pepper minced2 tsp turmeric powder2 tsp ground cumin1/8 tsp cayenne1 pound green beans, tough ends removed1/4 cup water1.5 tsp salt3 tsp sesame seeds
In a large saute pan, heat butter or oil over medium heat.
Add the garlic slivers, peppers, spices and cook until garlic just begins to turn golden brown.
Add the green beans, water, salt, and stir well.
Cover and cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
Add Sesame seeds and toast then for about 2 mins.
Serve hot.
