2 large eggspinch of saltpinch of sugar1 cup of milk1/3 cup white rice flour1/3 cup cornstarch2 tablespoons melted butter
place wet ingredients into a blender and blend. Add dry ingredients and blend until smooth. Use immediately. Cook in a crepe pan or a small fying pan. When the top looks dry and the bubbles have burst, turn the crepe and cook until browned.
