Easy Bulked Up Pasta for Two

Ingredients
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (organic if possible)1 can diced tomatoes2 cloves garlic1/3 cup red onion1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)1 cup Ragu Organic Traditional Spagetti Sauce8 oz lean ground turkey (93% fat free)1 1/2 cups whole wheat pasta
Directions
brown (and drain) turkey & boil pasta as usual
heat pan up on low heat
add olive oil & let it heat to pan temp (keep on low)
add chopped garlic, onions
drain tomatoes well and add about 3-5 minutes later
allow onions and garlic to soften
add sauce & meat
mix in pasta after removing from stove top
