Teriyaki Beef & Broccoli

Ingredients
350g beef2 tsp soy sauce2 tsp canola oil2 cups broccoli florets1/2 red pepper, sliced1/4 cup teriyaki saucegreen onions to garnishsesame seeds to garnish
Directions
1. Slice beef across the grain into very thin strips, trimming and discarding any excess fat. Place into a bow with soy sauce. Let sit 10 mins
2. Heat half the oil in a large skillet over med-high heat. Add beef and stir fry until cooked (about 3 mins). Transfer to a plate.
3. Return skillet to heat and add remaining oil. Add broccoli and pepper, stir fry until tender crisp (about 3 mins).
4. Add beef and teriyaki sauce, tossing to coat. Cook until hot.
5. Simmer until sauce thickens.
6. Garnish with sesame seeds, green onion, etc.

    It's ok, but I thought it tasted better with soy sause instead of teriyaki. But everyone to each them own. - 3/2/09
