Introduction

Ingredients

    1 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin, cut into strips
    1 large onion sliced
    1 small green pepper, cut into strips
    4 oz fresh mushrooms
    3/4 cup evaporated skim milk
    8 oz can no-salt added tomato sauce
    3 tbsp brown sugar
    1 1/2 tbsp cider vinegar
    1/4 tsp sea salt
    2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Place all ingredients into a crock pot. Cover, and cook on low for 6-8 hours. (High for 4 hours)

    I got picky eaters. My kids really liked this recipe. I do agree with one reviewer the only thing that wasn't very appetizing was the milktexture, but that was minor to the fact that everyone enjoyed this meal. I will add more veggies the next time. - 3/24/10
