Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Forget the salt!!! I added 1/2 tsp of garlic salt, meat tenderizer,added olive oil put the pork over Heartland's Whole Wheat rotini from walmart or Kroger's. I made broccoli & corn on the side. I also used shiitake & white mushrooms with green & red pepper with a bit of celery. Delicious.
I think the salt can be left out and it still tastes great. Delicious!
