Wor Won Ton Soup That's South Beachy
This is my twist on homemade wor won ton soup. Its full of vegetables, 2 cups per serving, and because it uses ground chicken breast in place of pork and no won ton wrappers, its lower fat and lower carb than the original. This is high in sodium, though, so watch your intake for the rest of the day or reduce the soy sauce in this recipe if salt is a concern for you.
