Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken
3 cups savoy or any cabbage
1 16oz package frozen shelled edamame
3 jalapeno or serrano peppers (more if you like it spicy)
4 xlarge knorr chicken bouillon cubes
2 T grated ginger root
24 wonton wrappers (sliced into 4 strips)
3 green onions - chopped
4 T chopped cilantro (or as much as you want)
3 T soy sauce
12 C water
Tips
I add about 5-6 strips of wonton wrappers at a time, laying them across the top of the soup and then stirring them in slowly. This keeps them from clumping and it's worth it. They turn out so wonderfully delicate..
Directions
cook ground chicken with sesame oil in stock pot.
add cabbage, peppers and edamame cook for a minute or two.
Add water and bouillon and ginger. simmer for about 10 minutes. Add strips of wonton wrappers a few at a time to keep them from clumping. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add cilantro, green onion and soy sauce.. Enjoy.
