DonLau's Chunky Chicken Chili
Saute oil, garlic, peppers, onions, corn, and chicken until chicken is fully cooked.
Add beans, sauce, red pepper, cayenne pepper and chili powder with sea salt and pepper (to taste).
Cook for about one hour over med-med/low heat
Top with mozzarella cheese (optional) and blue corn tortilla chips.
