Introduction

Very easy to make. The kids love it. We use spicy Mexican cheese sauce to give it a kick. Very easy to make. The kids love it. We use spicy Mexican cheese sauce to give it a kick.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1lb of chicken breast cut into bite size pieces
    1lb of italian sausage cut into bite size pieces
    1 onion
    3 cloves of garlic
    1 can of pinto beans
    1 can of northern beans
    1 cup of milk (we used 2%)
    2 cans of fat-free cream of chicken soup
    1 packet of white chicken chili seasoning mix
    1 can of diced potatoes
    1 cup of your favorite cheese sauce

Directions

1. In a bowl mix chicken, sausage and seasoning mix.
2. In a pan sautee onions, garlic and meat until meat is done. We sprayed the pan, you can use a table spoon of olive oil.
3. While the meat is browning, mix all of the other ingredients in a sauce pan and cook over medium-low heat.
4. Once meat is done, mix it with the beans in the sauce pan. Let simmer for at least 10-15 minutes. Stir frequently.

Makes 12 1 cup servings.
