Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb of boiled and shredded chicken
    1 large onion
    1 large bell pepper
    1 small chili pepper
    1 can (16oz) red kidney beans
    1 1/2 cans (16 oz) diced tomatoes
    1 large or 2 small cloves of garlic
    1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
    1 cup water

    spices:
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp chili powder
    1/2 tsp oregano
    1/2 tsp cumin
    1/2 tsp paprika
    1/4 tsp cinnamon



Directions

After chicken has been boiled and shredded, combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on LOW for about 8 hours.
