Awesome! Made it just like it's written except I used Reduced Fat Finely Shredded Fiesta Blend Cheese instead of the Monterey Jack Cheese. Still yummy! I would definitely make again! Submitted by:

Instead of pureeing the chili to thicken, I add 1 Tbsp of massa (fine corn flour) it works beautifully and only adds a few calories per serving.
Served with chopped cilantro, and a confetti of tomato for color.
It was excellent.

I made this last night and with a bit of tweaking (I like my food SPICY!) it was really good. One complaint I have, which I have for many of the recipes on this site, is that it doesn't tell you what a "serving" is. The nutritional info is great but serving size would make it even better! Basically it's a good recipe but a little on the bland side....added extra chili powder and cumin, introduced cilantro into the recipe, cut the salt to 1/4 tsp. (and never missed the remaining 3/4 tsp.) and thoroughly enjoyed. It's a new favorite! Submitted by:

My favorite SP recipe. I use a LOT more cumin, and add chopped spinach or kale to really bump up the nutrition. Skip the cheese; it doesn't need it at all, and why add all those artificial chemicals in reduced-fat cheese? Submitted by:

We had a chili cookoff at our FOP meeting, I like trying different things. So when I made a pot of white chicken chili everyone was eager to try it. All the guys loved it, & they had no clue it was low in calories....very flavorful. I love this recipe. Submitted by:
