Awesome! Made it just like it's written except I used Reduced Fat Finely Shredded Fiesta Blend Cheese instead of the Monterey Jack Cheese. Still yummy! I would definitely make again! Submitted by:

Instead of pureeing the chili to thicken, I add 1 Tbsp of massa (fine corn flour) it works beautifully and only adds a few calories per serving.
Served with chopped cilantro, and a confetti of tomato for color.
It was excellent.

I made this last night and with a bit of tweaking (I like my food SPICY!) it was really good. One complaint I have, which I have for many of the recipes on this site, is that it doesn't tell you what a "serving" is. The nutritional info is great but serving size would make it even better!
