    2 chicken breasts, cubed (skinless, boneless)
    2 cans organic great northern beans
    1 can chopped green chilis
    38 ounces chicken broth (part no salt, part low fat)
    1/2 chopped jalapeno
    4 cloves garlic, whole
    1 medium onion chopped
    1 bag frozen corn (no salt added)
    2 tsp cumin
    1.5 teaspoon oregano
    1.5 teaspoon chili powder
    1T butter
    1T olive oil
    4T flour


Cut chicken into cubes and saute in butter and olive oil. Add 2 T flour and cook for one minute. Add part of chicken broth. Chop onion, garlic and add spices. Add beans, corn, all the chicken broth (with 2T flour mixed in) that's left and anything else on the list that's not in there yet. Simmer on low so chicken will shred and soup will reduce by 20%.
