Sodium bomb...
I do not understand how, when using no salt veggies, you can still end up with such a high sodium count. It's too high for us.
This looks tasty but hubby & I are both on low sodium diets. I will rework it to get the sodium content lower.
This is good, but too high in sodium for me. I make it without the beans and use Sriracha sauce instead to drop the sodium significantly.
I cut back the cumin to only 1 tablespoon, and added a tsp brown sugar. Very good healthy chili .... I will make again
This was delicious, but a bit high with the sodium, I used beans that I cooked with my own sauce, to cut the sodium down.
I love chili. Its hearty, filling and lo-calorie but bursting with flavor and protein. This is definitely a go-to recipe. Yum.
