Apricot Slice

Ingredients
1 Packet of Malt Biscuits, crushed200 - 250 grams dried apricots, chopped125 grams slivered almonds125 grams of melted butter200 grams, 1/2 tin, of 99% fat free condensed milk.
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together.
Mix condensed milk with melted butter.
Add to the dry ingredients.
When combined press into 28cm x 18 cm or 23cm square tray.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Makes 25 small squares.

Can be iced with melted milk or white chocolate and copha but that will add to calories.
