2 pks beef stewing meat2 cups frozen vegetables6 medium sized potatos1 chopped onion3 cups water2 pkgs beef oxo4 tbsp steak spice2 tbsp parsley1/4 cup flour
Place water, beef and onion in slow cooker on low for 3 hrs. Add vegetables and cook on low for another 4 hrs. In last half hour add flour and oxo and simmer on high for 30 minutes.
