Ingredients
1 cup fresh strawberries- sliced 1 box of Jello Fat free- Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding4 Tbs. of Cool Whip Lite topping2 cups of skim (fat free) milk
Slice strawberries
Whisk 2 cups of milk into pudding mix for 5 minutes
measure 1/2 cup of pudding into parfait or wine glasses
Top each with 1/4 cup of sliced strawberries
Top each with 1 Tbs. of Cool Whip
