Ingredients
Lentils, 5 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 16 cup Zucchini, baby, 1 large *Squash, summer, zucchini, italian style, canned, 1 cup (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Garlic, 5 tsp Spinach, fresh, 1 package (10 oz) *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2"
Directions
Rinse lentils before cooking. Let soak for 1 hour.
Simmer it all until lentils are soft. Add seasoning to taste as it cooks.
