Vegie burger spaghetti

Ingredients
1 can (26 oz.) Garlic & Herb chunky spaghetti sauce1/2 package al dente whole wheat blend plus flax fabulous fettuccine noodles (6 oz.)1 cup Nature's Burger Mix (from the bulk foods section at Sunflower Farmer's market--any vegie burger mix would probably work just as well)1/2 large onion chopped
Directions
Make vegie burger according to mix instructions, then brown like ground beef (instead of making patties).
Add onion and saute until softened.

Make fettuccine noodles according to package instructions.

Add spaghetti sauce to "meat" and onions and simmer until warm through.

Toss with noodles and serve!

I'm sure this would be great with a little cheese or Parmesan on top.
