Ingredients
* Milk, 2%, 4 cup * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp * Ginger Root, minced, 1 tsp * Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a pot.
Boil for 1 minute.
Pour through a strainer, to remove the ginger chunks.
Pour into a freezer bag.
Place in freezer for 3 hours, shaking and mixing every 30 minutes, to create a slushy texture, not a hard brick of ice.
