Lime Juice, .5 cup Olive Oil, .25 cup Garlic, 2 cloves Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Salt, .25 tspChicken Breast, no skin, 6 breast, bone and skin removed crushed red pepper flakes, 1 tsp
Combine lime juice, 1/4 c. oil, garlic, pepper, red pepper and salt; pour over chicken. Cover, marinate in refrigerator for 2 hrs (or overnight).
Drain chicken; discard marinade. Thoroughly cook chicken in 1 T of oil on stove top or broil in oven. If desired, add onion and pepper strips, cook unitl tender. Serve on tortillas.
