Turkey thigh4 potatoes1 cup raw cabbage shredded1/2 cup carrots1 small onion8 cups waterpoultry seasonings
Directions
Put it all in Crock pot on high it will be done in about 4 hours.

    I thought this was very yummy but I think my potatoes were small so next time I am going to add 4 more to the stew to make it thicker! We had five servings so more and I froze the rest so next time I don't have time to cook I will unfreeze and reheat. - 3/8/09

    I question the number of servings. I would say 2....4 tops but it sounds delicious

    Thank you for you comment. I just took one cup at a time out until the pot was empty. It took 10 cups to empty it so I guess at 1 cup a serving there would be 10 servings. Is there a more accurate way?
